you answered “yes” to 10-14 questions, good. Read this book carefully. You have a good start and we hope to provide you with many
pointers to help you live a long cancer-free life.
If you answered “yes” to 2 to 9 questions, you have a lot to learn. It is
never to late to apply the principles outlined in this book. Even small changes could change your life. If you answered “yes” to less
than 2 questions, don’t despair! It is never too late to adopt preventative measures!
